Attorney Joseph has over 30 years of vast experience in criminal defense in both State and Federal Courts as well as invaluable expertise in immigration and also civil litigation cases. He has tried hundreds of cases and successfully defended complex client cases in complex criminal prosecution.

Because of his prior work and experience performing intelligence analysis in sensitive positions and commands Attorney Joseph enjoys a wealth of information and in-depth knowledge of world affairs, a unique attribute that allowed him to also obtain asylum for many clients in removal proceedings. Attorney Joseph graduated Western State University College of Law as a Juris Doctor as well as Loyola Marymount University with a Bachelor of Arts. Attorney Joseph multilingual fluency includes English, Spanish, Croatian, Serbian, German, and French.

Attorney Stefan completed his legal studies through Purdue University, Concord Law School with a Juris Doctor and also New York Law School where he acquired in-depth knowledge of the American with Disabilities Act, and also holds a Master of Science In Engineering with the University of Bucharest, Romania. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the fields of Structural and Mechanical Engineering. Attorney Stefan has over 26 years of valuable and unique experience in various engineering fields and executive management in both Government and Private sectors and has completed multiple high value and complex projects for NATO agencies, the US Department of Defense, and other military and civilian entities or firms in the Middle East and Asia. He has also held executive level positions in several Government and Private enterprises overseeing manufacturing, industrial and construction operations, including in unionized settings. Attorney Stefan has represented numerous in clients in immigration, criminal defense and civil cases with an emphasis on contractual disputes, malpractice and torts. Attorney Stefan is fluent in English, French and Romanian.

Attorney Kylie received her Juris Doctor at Santa Clara Law School, where she was awarded a Social Justice Certificate with an emphasis in criminal justice. She also received a Bachelor’s of Arts in anthropology and education from American University.  Attorney Kylie has successfully defended clients in complex criminal cases in both State and Federal Court as a Public Defender and in her work on the Criminal Justice Act Panel. She has also handled a wide variety of civil cases during her time working at family law firm.
